Welcome to Day2Day Strips ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website, services, or submitting items for sale, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You must be the rightful owner of any items you sell to us.
• Items must not be obtained through fraud, theft, or illegal means.

2. What We Buy

We purchase sealed, unexpired diabetic supplies. Accepted items include:

• FreeStyle Libre 3 sensors
• Omnipod 5 pods
• Omnipod DASH pods
• FreeStyle Lite test strips
• OneTouch Ultra & Verio strips
• Accu-Chek Guide & Aviva strips
• Contour Next strips
• And many more — text us to confirm your brand

Not Accepted: Opened, expired, damaged, "Not For Resale" items, Medicare/Medicaid/government-issued supplies, or samples. We reserve the right to reject any items at our sole discretion.

3. Offers & Pricing

• Offers are based on brand, condition, expiration date, and market demand.
• We make fair, competitive cash offers on all qualifying supplies.
• Final offers are confirmed after inspection of items upon meetup or receipt.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

• Local meetup payments are made same day in cash, Zelle, or Venmo.
• Mail-in payments are sent within 24 hours on the next business day after receipt and inspection.
• Payment methods: Cash, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, or check (for mail-in).
• If items do not meet the agreed condition, we may adjust the offer or return the items at your expense.

5. Shipping & Liability (Mail-In Service)

• We provide free prepaid USPS or UPS shipping labels upon request.
• You may also use your own packaging, but you assume responsibility until delivery.
• We are not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping if not sent via our prepaid labels.
• All offers are locked in before you ship — we confirm your rate prior to you mailing anything.

6. Legal Compliance

• You confirm that selling your items does not violate any state or federal laws.
• We will not purchase government-issued, insurance-supplied, or stolen items.
• Fraudulent activity will be reported to law enforcement.

7. Privacy

Your information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and usage as outlined there.

8. Limitation of Liability

Day2Day Strips is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your items.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
