Welcome to Day2Day Strips ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our website, services, or submitting items for sale, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You must be the rightful owner of any items you sell to us.
• Items must not be obtained through fraud, theft, or illegal means.

2. What We Buy

We buy sealed, unopened diabetic supplies. Accepted items include:

• Dexcom G7 sensors (15-day and 10-day)
• Dexcom G6 sensors and transmitters
• Dexcom receivers (sealed in the box)
• FreeStyle Libre 2, Libre 3 and Libre 3 Plus sensors
• Omnipod 5 and Omnipod DASH pods (5-packs and 10-packs)
• Medtronic Guardian 4 sensors and Mio Advance infusion sets
• Tandem AutoSoft XC, AutoSoft 90, AutoSoft 30 and TruSteel infusion sets, and t:slim X2 and Mobi cartridges
• Blood glucose test strips, especially 100-count boxes: Accu-Chek Aviva Plus, Accu-Chek SmartView, FreeStyle Lite, FreeStyle (original) and Contour Next
• Have a different brand? Text us what you have and we'll tell you if we can make an offer.

Not accepted: Medicare, Medicaid or other government-issued supplies, and stolen items. Opened, damaged, "Not For Resale", sample, institutional or hospital-use boxes are priced case by case or declined. We reserve the right to reject any items at our sole discretion.

3. Offers & Pricing

• Every offer depends on three things: the brand/product, how many boxes you have, and how much time is left before expiration. Sealed, unopened retail boxes get the best offers.
• Top prices are for boxes with 10+ months left (test strips, Dexcom G6, Medtronic and Tandem supplies), 8+ months (Dexcom G7, Omnipod) or 5+ months (FreeStyle Libre). Shorter date? We still buy.
• We make fair, competitive cash offers on all qualifying supplies.
• Meetup offers are confirmed when we see the boxes at the meetup. Mail-in offers are locked before you ship (see section 5).
• Our offers can change over time, but an offer we have already sent you does not change without your say-so.

4. Payment Terms

• Local meetups are paid on the spot in cash, Zelle, or Venmo.
• Mail-in: paid within one business day of arrival; most boxes are paid the same day they land.
• Mail-in payment methods: Zelle or Venmo. PayPal and check are available on request.

5. Mail-In Offers & Returns

• Mail-in offers are locked before you ship.
• If your box arrives as you described it, the offer stands — we don't re-grade on arrival.
• If it arrives as described and we can't buy it at the offer we sent, we ship it back to you free.
• If something doesn't match your description (for example a different expiration date, quantity or condition), we contact you before paying, and the offer never changes without your say-so.
• If it doesn't match and you turn down the updated offer, you pay the return shipping.

6. Shipping & Liability (Mail-In Service)

• We provide free prepaid USPS or UPS shipping labels upon request.
• You may also use your own packaging, but you assume responsibility until delivery.
• We are not liable for items lost or damaged during shipping if not sent via our prepaid labels.
• All mail-in offers are locked in before you ship — we confirm your offer before you mail anything.

7. Legal Compliance

• You confirm that selling your items does not violate any state or federal laws.
• We will not purchase government-issued, insurance-supplied, or stolen items.
• Fraudulent activity will be reported to law enforcement.

8. Privacy

Your information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and usage as outlined there.

9. Text Messaging Terms (SMS)

By providing your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on one of our offer forms, or by texting us first at (916) 610-2796, you agree to receive text messages from Day2Day Strips at that number regarding your inquiry — including offer amounts, questions about the supplies you are selling, and meetup or shipping coordination.

• Consent is not a condition of any sale or transaction with Day2Day Strips.
• Message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry and how often you reply.
• Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile number and SMS consent data are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

Day2Day Strips is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your items.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
